Tianwei Solar USA, Inc. (“TWUSA”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Hoku Corporation acting as the primary distributor of Tianwei New Energy’s PV modules to the North American market.
Hoku established offices in Southern California for this new Tianwei module distribution subsidiary in the second quarter of fiscal year 2012.
The sales division has focused efforts on developing key sales channels within the commercial and residential segments of the distributed generation solar market.
